Hi,

I've seen the evidence provided, and in this case, Rob1 overreacted to an occurrence (which I wouldn't even call an incident). I don't understand if this was an attempt to penalise another player due to personal issues, or just a sum of previous red mists that led to his reaction - anyway, I didn't come to speculate.

First, let's get to the facts:

1. Hakou was in join mode for another chase, Emir's one. Furthermore, chase was heading towards that location, so he didn't randomly go after you.

2. Hakou braked behind you, giving you enough room and time to make a U-turn. Instead of returning to catch up with your suspect, you stood still and waited for Hakou to overtake, which led him to assume he could do it, given your attitude.

3. Even after he passed you, you had more than enough area to go around and catch up with your suspect - who was driving a car significantly inferior in terms of power than yours.

4. It was only after you wasted time honking at him that you finally made a U-turn, but took the wrong route to your suspect (who was still very close to you).

After all this, you returned to question him for losing your chase, something that unquestionably wasn't his fault. Nothing that happened here was against the rules, you simply overreacted over something superficial. As manual states: "A report is needed if the offence is severe or if the user does not improve". In this case, that wasn't even an offence. Consider this for future incidents to avoid unnecessary use of the admin's time.

Considering all said above, no action will be taken.
