Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience.

Management are in agreement that some of the timestamps you have provided do in fact show conduct which falls below what we would expect from a cop, especially a [TC] member. For example, choosing to make contact at unsafe or otherwise inappropriate times. Other timestamp(s) are largely inconsequential.

Following a management member's communication to Yung, we are suitably assured that he is going to take the necessary steps to avoid situations such as this.
