Hi,

The accident was, in fact, caused jointly with another user; it was not necessarily Richato's fault. They tried to overtake and, when they merged into the other lane, the user behind him hit the rear of his car, which provoked the vehicle behind to spin into you. The other user who crashed into you apologised for the accident and moved on.

Before reporting someone, you are expected to talk properly, which you failed to do. Based on the chatlogs below, you could've gotten a better response if you had approached the other user in a friendly way. (even though it's not being his fault)
