If they prove he's a terrorist (which seems highly unlikely) then he should get a minimum 5 years, but I assume that America is a guilty until proven innocent kind of place. Also since anyone could use the terrorism card on nearly anyting and it will be considered a serious offence, out of fear that someone will cause harm.
