1) - Connect iPhone & close iTunes
2) - CTRL+ALT+DEL
3) - Services Tab
4) - Click Services at the bottom right
5) - Find "Apple Mobile Device"
6) - Right click, restart service
7) - Restart iTunes

Et Voila.
