Reasons : This user has been reported before for talking dutch in general chat. He had an warning for it, now I came on the servers he kept on talking dutch. He crossed the limit and had no reason to do so.

In the end he started to make a fool out of me, I was not botherd to react, and realised he was warned offically for this.
