I think it's only a matter of time, because almost our entire government is against this 'censorship'. And above that, they aren't allowed to block proxies.

They are about to sign the 'net neutralisatie', but it won't affect the results of those courts.

That's why I said it's a matter of time, not a matter of signing something that already passed.
