If you were clocked by a speedtrap the most the cop could of gave you was a warning to keep your speed down. You could of just stopped and accepted the warning but you decided to run so I don't see why the cop couldn't fine you for failure to stop.

As for the ramming a note has been left on his record that if it happens again his cop rights will be at risk.

Hi I'm Turbo - Been away for a very long time.

I used to be a TC member many many years ago, I rose through the ranks from recruit all the way up to being a Team Leader.

I had to step away for personal reasons.

 
