Speeding at the beginning was because he was going after the tow.
The only issue was from 6 minutes in, speeding along hillside onto upper manor rd, with poor control in corners.

Warning will be issued for speeding as cop.

In future roba, you cant directly say to people.. say goodbye to your coprights and things like these thinking your god, because your not.


A decision on taking action is based on many factors, not just what you see. Try to educate people rather than just talk at them. Fair enough you have the right to make a report but there is ways and means of doing things.
