2 Suggestions - !backup improvements & !move improvement

I say leave the !backup as it is


Now, as chuck mentioned, I can say im a one of those who dont have a bind for it. And im not going to put one But it could be a nice idea to have the big MOVE in your screen but again, there is the spamproblem.

Could it be made something like when the cop puts the !move, it Flashes 3-5 secs on your screen and by that time, the cop cant put a new !move, otherwise it gives a error or something.

Dunno, just some idea
