2.52 - I am minding my own business, cruising around. KraB hits me, then blocks me for no reason (He is not even a cop). With GASS trapping me from the rear.

He then proceeds to demand money from me because i 'hit him'. Which quite clearly i did not.

I waited for him to move out of my way. Which he did not do.
