Okay, from my point of view it looks accidential. He slammed his brakes 0.9 seconds after you slammed yours. 0.9 seconds seems quite human for me, since he also needs some time to react. He also tried to evade you shortly before impact, even though it was a bit too late, as you can see due to the impact. Indeed he could've said "sorry" at least. I didn't see anyone flying but Roba and he flew just after he did hit you, so it probably was either lag from your or Roba's side. Also can't see where he blamed you false. You actually were slamming your brakes, but you said "no".

To the first "ram" I saw on the replay -> This looks like a PIT in a corner. The hit in your front afterwards only happened due to the COP spinning out after PIT'ing you. This maybe could've been avoided, a "sorry" should've been said here too.
