-MED and RES are recognised by Insim (though no special commands for them at this point)

-New SOS System (-- This is just a draft, I'd appreciate to get some feedback ---)

The new SOS button allows various help calls

If pressed, an information is sent via the particular (private) channels to cops/tows/med/res
The colour of the bullet indicates what kind of unit will be dispatched.
-Yellow = tow
-Blue: cop (cops in chase wont get disturbed)
-Red: med + res

The locations have been extended by a grid-coordinate to locate the scene easier. (16x16 grids starting at A1 = top left)

Please note that responding to such a call does not automatically give you any special rights (siren/strobe/speeding/ etc)
