Can MED Have !siren CMD?

This has been discussed so many times in the past..

My suggestion is more like Luke's here, except that MED/RES should not have the ability to manually turn on the visual "sirens". Only when they are responding to a call by automatic and helping others, and their "siren" should be in a blue or green color as Luke suggested, but just stating "MED/Rescue" or something in those directions.

Either way, i can see the difficulties and confusions this will bring overall, and thereby will probably never be more than just a discussion
