This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

You are correct, COPS are not allowed to respond to TOW requests by speeding and using audible siren & strobes.

Secondly, he should of apologized for crashing you.

Falkor will receive a final warning for speeding as a COP, and will be prompted to apologize next time he crashes someone.

Action has been taken as described.
