Alright, i have checked the replay.

As described, Sean was speeding down the Highway 1, got fined by a speed trap, turned around and decided to disable it, with bumping your car. Rule 2.1. clearly states that this is not allowed.

Although i'm not sure whether you have apologised for your attitude or for disabling Lcee's speed trap, the apology came very late. Your only sentence containing an apology was "[COP] Lcee - sorry if you feel offended", which i suppose is meant for you having quite an attitude towards Lcee, even after he has reported you.

Sean is playing on our servers for long enough, to know better. Not only he is a regular player, he also had quite a lot of admin actions taken against him already (including being kicked for disabling speed trap), so he should of learnt his lesson by now; he clearly didn't. Even though it was only a light tap that has disabled the speed trap, it was clearly intentional and as the conversation after shows, Sean wasn't really sorry for it either. Instead of immediately apologising after being told that a report will be made, the following was said:
