Cops and suspects do have rights to use equal force. This means you are allowed to use the same standard of force as set out in the rules, not "I can use the same amount of force that he is using against me". You are allowed to PIT and tactfully nudge (lightly) opponents. Force must be safe and not affect any users outside of the chase. N.B. If your opponent rams you, you do not have the right to start ramming back. If your opponent is disciplined for ramming, you most likely will be too. I hope that helps. Josh. |
