This incident happened 26th October 2013 - 11:50 GMT (Not BST)
I was called to the roundabout via a police call by Jack. I then saw SierraRS circling the RB and chased him, he stopped in the AB, i took him to the grass. I fined him then he ran off and circled the RB again whilst ramming a number of users.
