The usual crap, check for background tasks.
I'd also check the skin sizes for the skins you have a copy of in the skins (not skins_x) folder, mainly that the ones you primarily or any other people on the server are in 4096 area. However, with your spec-I'm surprised that your computer is getting that poor level of FPS. Restart perhaps? "Have you tried turning of an on again?" Either that or you've set your FPS limiter to like...20. If not, try .dds file sizes or view distances (for detail). Failing that, try the LFS Forum. p.s.
