2:40 First incident was both of your fault. You(toni) changed lanes while he was approaching quickly from behind. He reacted way too late and then the accident couldn't be avoided anymore.

He is to blame for reacting poorly and you are to blame for basicly cutting him off.

3:25 It looks to me like he started lagging slightly before he hit you. I am not an expert on lag, but from what i remember it is certainly possible that lag extended his throttle input and resulted in you getting hit. At the point of the hit he was stuttering badly and then lagged out completely.

The user in question has spend quite some time on the server and has no record of using lag to his advantage. Also the lag, at least to me, looks legitimate.
