Edit: After he drove behind pits in a chase the first time he said he diddent know that wasent allowed, but he did it agian later as you can see.

The first time behind pits could be an honest mistake, although other admins did tell him to read the rules a few times already.

However the 2nd time it wasn't a mistake anymore and his comments do confirm it.

The ram was also not needed as he could ve made it out with a lot less force.
