1:53:11 - Accelerates into my rear when I am going to turn left at a junction. As he just lost his chase where I was involved, I am supposing this as a purpose ram to possible have I initiate a chase on him.

1:53:29 - Harassing another police officer by honking and touching one's rear of the car.

I hardly believe that was intentional when you were about to turn, you slammed quickly your brakes for a second and could be one of the causes for the hit. But anyways he was totally in fault for that incident and recognized he was by apologising, he could have left more room behind you for giving an example...

Is Luke felt harassed at that time? Did he say anything to you about it ?

It is difficult for me to attempt a proper braking as I am using a gamepad. I slightly tapped the brake twice to give him the sign but maybe it wasn't good enough to "see" it. I also had the indicators on for a good time, but as seen recently, that's not an excuse though.

If not harassed but annoyed. As the rules page say;

2.1. Do not harass police officers.

It shouldn't be done at any times, even though one was feeling harassed or not. In my opinion, it also shows the disrespect toward a police officer.

Agreed with you, and by the way Luke ignored him, he started a pursuit with someone else, I felt he was a bit annoyed after all.
