Crash compensation - suspects

A lot of people pay compensation when they hit someone, especially if it was a high speed crash. But suspects obviously don't give a you know what. Everyone just says move off the road. Well, in SO you can't move off the road sometimes, so I just stay on far right of my lane, but I still get hit.

Because of that, I suggest that you implement a system that would force the suspect to pay compensation for every car he/she hit if they get caught by the police. The amount of money compensated could maybe be x=ß*Δv where x is amount of money, ß is a constant and Δv is the speed difference between the cars that crashed.

For me sorry is enough. I dont need money if someone crashes me, just says sorry and its fine.

I think noone ever said sorry when they crashed me while being chased.

There are two options: Whether you were interfering the chase or the police officers in question made something bad.

Edit: I realised that you were talking about suspect(s) who crashed you. If you believe that they did it intentionally, you can always forward it to admins.

To be honest, I think that typing sorry is the better way to go if you cause an accident. It shows that you actually care and took the time to say sorry, rather than pressing your bind and driving on.

it would be impossible for the InSim to know who is at fault for each crash. It would be unfair for someone to get fined for crashes that they didn't cause.
