Well he completely ignores the fact that.

1) He rammed straight into you on the Autobahn
2) He then attempts more drifitng
3) Deliberatly heads wrong side on the Autobahn to do more drifitng
4) Drifts the roundabout
5) Ignores your request for sorry
6) Does not apologize.
Due to the above he will recieve a short ban.
