My goodness me, he does not slow down at all, rams into you at full speed. He then just puts ? in the chat implying he basically was not at fault. He then drives off again and full rams the [COP] with no apology. He then enters safezone 2, pits and continues to drive like he has done nothing.

Due to his URS recard he has now received a lengthy ban.
