Unban request - Gal75 (Ban Reduced by Pipa)

Hello!

My LFS username is Gal75.

I get ban 08.10 2014, for overtaking police chase.

I haven't replay.

Well. I will now try to tell why i want unbann.
There is picture about that place. I put arrow's where i did drove, because i dont have replay.

I was coming close of 200, and i saw police chase.I saw they was driving very slowly, and i had much speed. I did think its smartest to pass from grass, not crash they. Well, 15 - 30 minutes after i get ban about that.
I think, i made right, becuse i went on the grass, and didnt crash. I didn't cause any dangerous. I pass chase very safely, and i wasn't close of them.
Nobobady didn't talk me about this.
If someone have some other think about this, i want hear it and maybe learn about this something.

Sorry for my bad english, i can explain more if someone didn't understood.

That is incorrect. When you came around the corner you had a speed of 120km/h and plenty of time to come to safe stop without being anywhere near the police chase.

Also it was not as you put it "smartest to pass" as the rules clearly dictate what you are supposed to do. I have highlighted the relevant part.

The suspect could have easily changed his direction and went onto the grass as he had done before, the fact that you made that pass was simply down to luck.

However wether or not our oppinion on safety differ is not relevant as you have broken a rule that leaves no room for interpretation.

After i had reviewed that replay, you weren't online anymore so that option was not available. I did however issue you also with a confirmable ingame warning, so you know what you did wrong.

I thought, i had speed more.
I did broke rule. But that guy was there just drifting and i thought its safely to pass. But still, i did wrong.
Im sorry for that, next time i will slow down.
