Then I'm afraid this refund request is lacking evidence. Reasons are as follows:

• Replay is used to obtain essential information, e.g., the username of the reported, how an incident occurred, and so on.
• Replay is also used to view both of the parties involved in an incident. There is a possibility that, for example, you've driven your car to the current place in the picture you've provided.
