Yes they are free but he had many chances. We don't want people to be banned from our servers and we do believe in second chances but we also believe that people should have the privelege taken away if they can't follow simple rules, especially if they repeat offences.

We've been doing this for 9 years now, I think we're qualified to make sound judgements about who deserves second chances and who doesn't.

I hadn't forgotten that Pete, I understand time hasn't healed anything. As I said, those were selfish actions made in unclear, childish thinking with the influence of others, simply from being immature with a lack of respect for people who put so much time into something. My view on that as I've said has now changed drastically in favor of TC as a community and product, however but I see your view on me still hasn't changed. Thank you for an expected, painful, but fair response.

I had many chances with numerous occasions of dispute between players and admins, all of which I regret as well as the final nail in the coffin of my access to your servers. Maybe you and the staff would be willing to give me one final opportunity, I hope that you can even try to believe that I am not that person anymore, I genuinely respect TC and even keep me on a short leash; I'd be grateful and I would not let you down at all. Should I cross you again just get rid of me once and for all.

Many of the community replies here know the story and are willing to accept me one last time, but of course they don't make the final decision. I'm still in touch with a few players and even staff of TC who would likely vouch for my return having known the mature me, but it's your call at the end of it.

Obviously I'd prefer that narrow final chance of coming back with the understanding that even the slightest step out of line you would get rid of me at once, no warnings, no more chances, even no more appealing - game over. Would that be even slightly doable?

I didn't say that.

You did say however (in the OP), that this would not turn into an unban request, which it has.

We're not heartless and we have heard what you have to say both here and in your unban requests but our decision stands at this point in time.

Apologies if it looks like a request, I didn't mean for that - as well as mistaking what you meant. I understand full well I'm not entitled to an unban appeal and decision until next July. Furthermore, having known you outside of [TC] in various leagues and seeing you about in other games I know you aren't heartless, I know you only work hard to maintain and enhance the servers. I respect that.

After putting more thought into it. Its not how you are now but it is what you did. You could be a great guy to cruise around with on the servers and a fantastic guy all round but nothing can justify what you did, in which we can all understand why you were banned. I would like to see you come back to TC but unfortunately the voice of the community can only have such a little say in this. I do wish you the best of luck Seven and I do hope to see you around on the servers as well. Smile
