Main reason(s): Stopping in the middle of the road, pranking, then ramming, and ignoring after trying to contact the user even though he is there, I'll provide timestamps & screenshots proving he is there and he just trolling.

- Note his car since the moment that I joined the server on. : Full throttle and look like his engine is stalled.

- Me turning turn signal on and switching lanes @1:36:0, He decide to just keep on pushing me with full throttle on and without even trying to use his car brakes.

A few moments later I tried contacting him that matches 3:55:0.

Description of incident (inc date & time): 7:50 PM - 9.15.2015 <> Just JoeyJordan blocking the road and ramming. Ignoring me after that when trying to PM him.

There was plenty of room to go around him while he was sitting in pitlane.
