● Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban: There is a lot of stuffs that I'd like to discuss, that apparently this ban seems to be based on 'helping crashed cars'

I fail to find the rule that Prevent me from helping crashed cars. If I didn't break a Server Rule, Then how you're even able to ban me? there is even a question regarding this case at the MED/RES Test.

Where Mufflord have accelerated with me, and caused in a light contact and his bad communication after that. It's clear that he was blocking, steering to my side, trying to cause issues, and it end up without any actions taken on him.

Which was actually causing accident by brake checking, but on that case, he decide to ban him. I tried PMing him, but he choose to ignore me =/

But seriously, a 7 day ban for doing the right thing in order to evade the chase?
And after apologizing to Sheep 3 times ? Twice in game and once in the forum ??

The fact that you fail to see what you did wrong already puts you in the wrong. You were clearly breaching the most basic rule 1.1 which states that you must "respect other players" which means not harassing them or provoking them, which you were. You completely ignored the MED's plea to leave their work to them and instead started blindly ramming the flipped user (in both incidents) and causing more mayhem than there would have been had you left the MED to tow them. You also pushed the MED out of the way in the second incident a few times, like he wasn't even there. That I see as a clear lack of respect for another player, yet for some reason you fail to ever see that.

You clearly did ignore the SIRENS on top of this disrespectful behaviour and your excuses were petty and hardly excuses at all. You should be A LOT more cautious than you were when it comes to seeing SIRENS ahead, then you won't cause accidents with the chase. You should already know this, but yet again you choose to ignore this.

Yes, most people do. Hence the sheer amount of reports and complaints against you constantly. Yet you seem to like that kind of attention, seeing as you like to change your nickname to "most reported" frequently, and, just look at your forum title. It seems to me that annoying other people is a pleasure, but this never really does work in your favour and I don't know why you haven't learnt from your previous bans for exactly the same reasons.

I most certainly didn't and you know that. Your PM in fact was a very sarcastic PM regarding my action taken against someone who had clearly broken a rule by ramming another user. This situation was totally different to your Skoda incident. This incident involved him brakechecking the COP, then proceeding to ram him in the rear, clearly against a simple rule. Skoda's incident was not against that same rule as you were provoking him by tailgating him for no reason. Once again, you knew exactly what was going to happen. I told you in that PM reply why I banned him but I knew you weren't interested in that, you were complaining that your reported user did not get banned and someone else's did. And that's another thing you enjoy, getting others into trouble for them to be possibly banned.

So there you have it; you were intentionally in the wrong, albeit just on the edge once again, but you took it a step too far and are once again being stubborn as hell when it comes to being banned. I do not for one second trust that you will change if you are unbanned and your attitude tells me you deserve nothing but this.

Please make an Unban Appeal and Management will have to deal with it. Please don't waste anymore of anyone's time in the future.
