44:15 : Flying and damage because the lag
49:48 : Flying and damage because the lag
50:24 : Pit me when im touching the barriers and then pit me with high ping which cause i flip .

quick rundown because Safeer constantly ramming and brake checking and using massive force on my in a chase and finally because i pit him against the barries at low speed he "Finally" had a reason to "Report" me because he has a disliking to me for some reason..

Moving on.. Both have High Ping Safeer normally has a steady ping of 100ms you can see this in the server at anytime but like most days he has moments where he is spiking from 100-250 up and down which makes hes chases turn out like this 1.

If the replay whos the whole chase please look carefully at how im off the throttle everytime i make contact (Pit) Him

and when i pit him against the barries we are practically not even moving.

i think its quite unfair that he wants to ban me when we are clearly both to blame here if its regarded as a lag related issue..

and it stats i can pit him against the barriers.

ill sum it up from my Point of view

Hes rammed 3 times in the chase
Brake checking me constantly and with hes lag makes it so much more brutal.
i could have reported him myself but id rather have a server full of people instead of it empty because we like to ban people for everything under the sun..

but if im at fault here and to blame i understand.

my ping dont go to 250 , my ping keep on 100 dont lie.

yes it was after the chase Because I did not expect that you will deny it.
i also saw your chase with chicken and you told him "sorry for that lag earlier".
so dont say your lag dont make problems , also dont deny that my ping is constant.

Hi,

Firstly, on the issue of lag - you both have it.
Safeer, I have seen your ping much higher than 100 on multiple occasions, I do not believe it sits on 100ms like you're trying to imply.

KetoPilot also lags, his ping is quite normal for an Australian, he appears to have good control of his car and especially his lag as he performed very nice pits on you, bar the last one which was not ideal, and amplified by lag.

Safeer, I see more rams in this performed by you than I see performed by Keto.
With the obvious lag, this is the last thing you want to be doing.
Can you please explain these?

i rammed him because his laggy pit was disaster .
he also said sorry for the lag twice , one when he was chasing me and when he was chasing chicken

That doesn't answer my question, I wanted you to explain why you only think Keto should be punished when a majority of the rough hits which were in that chase were made by you.

Again, to emphasize, Keto is from Australia so his ping is undoubtedly higher, however he controlled this to the best of his ability.
It's the same thing I have to in chases do as I am also from Australia, and it's not always easy.

I will not be taking action on this report because:

• Both of you lag, even though at different amounts, you still do
• Most of the rough hits were initiated by the reporter, not the reported
• The flip at the end would not have happened at all if there was no lag from both users, there was no purposeful excessive force
  

No in-game warnings should be necessary for this instance, please just take note of this warning here:
Safeer: Watch your contact with others, some of the hits were borderline ban-worthy ram
Keto: Although this was mostly unavoidable, just keep trying to control your lag as to not use too much force or cause accidents such as this.
