P.S TC are trying to work out a good solution for this update, since it's not logical to update all TC servers to S3 at this moment of time, since it will mean some users cannot join the server etc. More details will be released when a solution has been made.

That was also written in the OP of his thread. He is just taking no liability in the hopefully unlikely event that S3 contains Rockingham only (in the final state).
