1:37:40 - He notices me, and turns his car around in preparation
1:38:07 - Aligns himself nicely with my bonnet
1:38:09 - Rams me once
1:38:23 - Rams me again whilst I'm trying to deal with a suspect I'd initiated a chase with just before he first rammed me. This ram not only hits me, but also sends the suspect flying.
1:38:30 - Continues to try and push me

Description of incident (inc date & time): He kept on harassing me to repay him for a fine I'd issued earlier on and after not repaying him (as there were no grounds to do so) he decided to ram me, as you can see in the replay.

I would have combined this with my other report, but they're two different replays and this event occurred after. I'm usually not too trigger happy when it comes to reporting players, but this was an extraordinary violation of the rules.

Trying to download that replay was a virus roulette, sites with far too many download buttons are to be avoided if possible.

Apologies. I use AdBlock so I never saw the other download buttons you've mentioned.

Not a problem. I used my elite internet skills and managed to download it without issues, but it's helpful for future. I'm looking into it now.

As this user is fairly new, he's received a warning for ramming and a link to the rules. Hopefully this should stop any similar behaviour in the future.
