You guys want to eliminate every junction in every layout with some roundabouts or bridges? Realy? This one is great that everyone have to give a way, if he don´t crash happen, but that is the fun..follow easy rule of giving way from right and nobody gets hurt. Do not destroy the fun, please...

It sort of does, especially when it's not needed. People should just be careful, and people who cause mess at junctions repeatedly (obviously this goes for all parts of the track) will be punished as normal.

There are other methods to reduce crashes there, I think a bridge is the worst one. A roundabout (see OP) would even be better than a bridge.

The best idea is to keep it the way it is because the instersection will get tighter with bridges or roundabouts.

I do agree that this is a dangerous intersection, but tbh, people need to learn to use their eyes, minimap and situational awareness more. There are tons of intersections like this in the real life, so why to make the space more tight than it has to be? Alright I get the idea of the bridge, but still it isn't worth it. With enough use of breaks and situational awareness (meaning that you don't drive full speed to that intersection) this is perfectly working intersection.
