So... my race ended like this:

Had a quick meet & greet with my fans up on the stand mid-way through the race. Besides that, I was pretty consistent for the whole race.

Will maybe withdraw from the current season. Not raging that much about today's race, although I've been in a quite comfortable position behind troy until lap 11 or 12, I made a mistake and had to fight with Berndi and Shikari, 3 wide into the left hander after the backstraight, some contact and I was on the grass. Rejoined and laipnieks hit me, suspension was damaged, R1 tires overheated much, still 10 laps to the pit window. Driving into the pitlane... DT, then I lost my motivation to continue with more than 35 laps to go and already being lapped.

I have noticed that I'm worn out with LFS and SimRacing, I can't compete with the guys in front of Grid 1. My long break from LFS between '11 and '14 hasn't been good for me, I lost my pace which I definitely had some years ago.

If I will continue CityLiga, I'm hoping for some better races in Grid 2 (will definitely loose my G1 seat).

Qualified 3rd. Stayed there for a while until I spun off, dropping down to ~10th. Pulled myself back up to 5th and then 2nd before the pitstops. Stayed around 10th-11th for the remainder until having a few overtakes up to 8th. Then spun out again and lost all the time I made up to 7th. Managed to somehow take Franky on the line to take 7th.

Really could have come 2nd in this (and Franky winning it if they weren't so harsh to him) seeing as I had the 2nd quickest time. Oh well, hopefully I'll be Grid 1 after Round 3!

It was a [TC-R] 7, 8, 9 on Grid 1 after I took two people out on lap 1, finishing 7th from a 4th place qualifying. Savy ran out of fuel on the penultimate lap to finish 9th having been 3rd/4th for most of the race. Spencer was the most consistent bagging 8th. It was fun but we could've done so much better. If I'd have been a lot more cautious on lap 1 and Savy would have put 3% more fuel in, we could have had 2 of us in the top 5 in grid 1. Mikee and Nick didn't have a great race but they both started really well. GT2s at KY2R next so let's hope that goes better for us all.

@Timo I don't think us all going 3 wide into that turn was the best decision we could have made, I was looking in the rear view mirror to try figure out and position myself correctly but it was just a cluster foof. I was diaspointed to see you on the grass as you made a massive surge up the grid from the start of the race and was sad when you quit.

Apart from that, considering the mood I was in before the race I am pleased with how it went. Had a really poor start, couldn't find a rhythm with everyone jousting for positions and all the aero push when you get in line behind another car and just felt like I was falling further and further back, but after a few laps I was able to find and settle into a rythem. The R2 stint went really well and I wish I had took more fuel so I could have done a few more laps on them as I seemed to be making good progress. Then had a good pit stop and the R1 stint was going well apart from having to back off from Mikee multiple times due to lag/time outs he was getting as I had no idea where he actually was. Then Pete caught up to me and I didn't want to loose more time fighting with someone who will get past me anyway so just let him by on the back straight to avoid the possibility of the people behind further closing the gap. Then I think I had been going too lightly on the R1's and not pushing enough, they kept hitting 100+ degrees after turn one suddenly and it began really effecting my speed, but after a few laps I seemed to gain control again and was able to get a couple of quick laps in. Really pleased with 10th position, best I have done in grid 1 so far.

Thanks to TC-R for helping me out in practice/giving me tips and also sending me sets, wouldn't have done half as well with out it!

I started out okay qualified 7th got up to 5th-4th and then after my pitstop i was 10th with connor behind me we got a few places i think i was 8th i did around 43laps without spinning but i had some engine damage i think i downshifted too rapidly while going into the pits.... But anyway my car was going 228kmh on the straight when connor could do 231 so he catched up and went for a overtake on the 2nd to last corner and i didn't lift enough so one of my tires touched the grass and i went off... but still a really nice race lets just hope that the next one goes better!

Yeah I really enjoyed the racing we had, man! Hope we can have more of that in the rounds to come. Sorry about the incident, wish we had more action until the end of the race!
