Description of incident (inc date & time): He rams into me and claims he has no steering, he doesn't say sorry and he continues acting like an idiot even when we had told him that ramming is a bannable offence.

he could still draw,
I pointed him on several occasions
and I also sent the rules link.
his answer was it

"pfff go ahead. Im tired of you anyways"

but you could read all the chatlog.
