Then they would have to add a channel for each game. Its easier to make a channel called "Other Games" where you can talk about any game you want. I can't see the point of having 30 channels

Regarding Memes I would simply wait until the "hype" is gone, it won't take that long until you will see more LFS-related chats, at least that's how it went on another game's discord channel I'm in.

Yeah, the initial mess should go away eventually. As soon as Gumball starts to become the main talking point again I guess we'll see it start to become more on topic.
