+ Report - =wolf=[NO] (Report Archived by Dracula)
Your LFS username: Raphi_59
Their LFS username(s):=wolf=[NO] Their in-game nickname(s): [beer]JoeValla Main reason(s): Not respecting rule 1.5 and 1.7, heavy disrespect of sirens and move bind, and insulting me. Replay and/or screenshot link: Replay Replay timestamps: -10:25. First time he appears on my screen From 10:25 to the end of the chase, you'll see in your chat log that I used my !move bind a number of times. -11:50 Starting to really interfere with my chase, by blocking me. Though he's in chase, he can't do that. -12:00 Tried to pit him to let him far of my chase, we glitched, and we both crashed. I know I made him lose his chase, but in fact, DJ let him go, by quitting the chase. Then, I was the only one to have lost "something" Since this time, the explanation and the arguing starts, with some arguments like "like a pussy" and so on ![]() Description of incident (inc date & time): I was chasing [965]•PtFox•[145] (PtFox) when, I saw JoeValla in front. I started to use !move bind, as told in the rules. Because this guy was in chase, he had a total disrespect against sirens, he was like... in his world. I nearly spammed the move button, he didn't moved in 5 min, when he had plenty of time to move. Then, I started to get mad, and I tried to pit him, without too much force, to let him out of my chase. He suddenly glitched, and we crashed. He started getting really mad about me, tho I was mad too; I tried to speak with him, but he was like... Not minding about what was I saying. I told him he was wrong, that even in chase he MUST respect rule 1.5, he went on, and he started insulting me: firstly, it was a minor insult, but after he started to insult me of pussy, which I took it wrong, really wrong. He was 100% in the wrong, and he still insulted me. Regarding of what was he doing at this time (streaming), he should really respect rules. I mean, sometimes we can do mistakes, I even do mistakes, but when I do one, I apologize for that, and I even pay that guy. This guy was clearly unaware of what happened, by saying I'm in fault, even if some cops online on the server said that he must not interfere with my chase. And, because he's streaming, he thinks that he can do everything without being worried by admins. He even used the excuse that he has streaming to prove everything. |

RE: Report - =wolf=[NO]
Hello, Although user =wolf=[NO] was in chase as well, it is clear that the first interference in the chase is by him when he overtakes what is clearly a chase in front of him. This could have been avoided by taking a different route when he realized this was the case, however no such attempt was made, and he will receive a warning regarding 1.1, 1.5, and 1.7. I don't think how you acted in this situation was completely appropriate either, Raphi; although you did get insulting and harsh language directed at you, it would have been more appropriate to defuse the situation where it was after the chase incident, and take further action from thereon, possibly by;
Attempting to pit another user when you are not in their chase could likely fall under rule 1.2 as a ram or provocation of an accident, and was definitely not the best course of action at the time. I understand there are a lot of circumstances surrounding why you did that however, and will not treat it as such, but please take this into account. Again, I understand you were receiving some inappropriate messages directed at you which is completely unacceptable, and you were also unhappy with the other user's actions which partially led to the chase ending crash, which is understandable, but you were basically provoking him towards the end of the replay and I encourage you to avoid doing this in the future. I will be giving you a simple warning as well regarding the things I have outlined here. ![]() Action has been taken as described
Thank you for your report, it has now been moved to the archives. |
