Description of incident (inc date & time): 10-1-2017 16:00 GMT

In chase chasing TC-R Nick, I just do a u-turn by SZ2 to catch back up, go up to RB and with no respect for sirens and without looking user turns left into my path... Proceeds to ignore the fact I had a siren on (visual and Audio) then puts loads of "?????'s" into chat, gave him plenty of opportunity to discuss but completely ignored

User received a confirmable in-game warning for failing to acknowledge there was a siren behind him. He then proceeded to completely ignore you after you tried talking to him.
