I carefully drived towards the back of his car and gave some nice greetings honks. After that he touched the left sidewalk. He thought i hit him, so he chased me down like a real hero and fined me to death.

I never hit him and i want my money back!

You can see it in the mpr. Especially from his view.

That wasn't correct fine in this situation, however I wouldn't call it "unbelievable cop brutality". The only correct fine in this situation woud have been tailgating.

In future, please make a refund request if fine was unfair and you want your money back. You write user report when someone broke the rules and you want him to be punished.
Furthermore, please report such situations to online admins. There were 2 of them at the moment. They can deal with such people much quicker and more effective.
