Hi Waszpan.

I originally chased you because I clocked you for a 80€ speeding fine. You took off, and I followed you around the roundabout and up the road. I'll admit it did take a minute or so to realise you were on 42 seconds, but I did tell you to move multiple times, and I also said that I would refund the excess amount of money in the event you failed to stop.

Ras did tell you to move, and gave you a sufficient amount of time to move. He kicked you as you were parked in the road, to which you got fined 300€ automatically by the insim.

On your return, I refunded you 220€ instantly. I even pasted it into chat -- logs can check. I felt I acted professionally as a cop, and gave you many chances to move. An admin did too.

I really do not see why you decided to post a refund request about this as you ended up only getting fined 80€ for speeding, and the 220€ excess was refunded by myself.

He refunded you the money which was lost due to your kick - what's the issue? You was speeding so you should've stopped sooner, you had plenty of time to stop but you chose not to.

Ras kicked you because you failed to follow his request. This was also appropriate and I don't see an issue.

Charlie, Ras and I were all in-game and action was taken, so why are you posting here also? It's been sorted, so I'm not taking any action.
