1:56:30 i started to slow down bet he keep speeding after the crash he didnt say sorry

1:59:45 i told hem he is ramming but he answerd no and unfortnatlt after i saved the replay i told hem at least say sorry but he said go and report

Not his fault, you crashed into a barrier which brought your car to a stop leaving him no space to stop.

This is just chase gameplay, small nudges like this are common and it didn't disrupt your chase.
