Hello,

This user turned around onto the wrong side and drove towards traffic, instead of avoiding any collision he steered towards a car. A sorry bind was pressed, but the communication with other players afterwards says otherwise.

As this is a recurring offence, user will be banned for 14 days for wrong-way and driving into on-coming traffic.
