- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: I was overtaking a brake-checker for which I got fined for tailgating.

While I was close to [JITEM] P A L A rear bumper, this is only fair if [JITEM] P A L A gets fined also. As he was braking in-front.

The [COP] was not acknowledging [JITEM] P A L A overtaking from the right, sudden brake checking and/or dangerous driving, and instead issued me with a tailgating fine.

As i was the cop that was chasing you, replay wise. You was tailgating him the whole way. If he was doing the things you said why didnt you just stop. You didn't, hence I chased you. Fined you because you was tailgating him. I have replay as well if your one only shows half of what happens.

Having checked the replay, I noticed the following:

Despite [JITEM] P A L A overtook you on the right and started brake checking, you made no efforts to either overtake or increase the safe distance between you and [JITEM] P A L A. Instead, you continued accelerating and steering towards [JITEM] P A L A. Hence, justifying the tailgating fine you received.

Furthermore, regarding your complaint about the fairness of the issued fine, you and [JITEM] P A L A have broken road laws; however, having only one of you getting fined does not make the fine unfair. This is mainly because the cop can only chase one user at once.

Having considered all of that, no refunds will be processed.
