Your LFS Username: Fronzy34 Their LFS Username(s): thatyorkshireman Their In-game Nickname(s): [TC]›Yung‹[VCU] Incident Information Date of Incident: 07.02.2025 Time of Incident: 19:20 20:00 between Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): 37:40 he pushed me for no reason even though there were so many barriers and obstacles around, he had time to prevent it 54:20 must think and be aware of every move the suspect can make, he doesn't keep the following distance and hits me 54:31 Even though he sees the heavy oncoming traffic, he throws me there and I have a heavy accident, damaging my vehicle and the oncoming traffic, it saddens me to see a Tc member doing this. 1:20:45 Please watch this minute carefully and slow down. Yung was blocking the road, he saw me and I came into his line of sight, then he moves in an unauthorized way and moves his vehicle even though I was close. After this action and the chase, I expected him to contact me personally and have a dialog about it, but I was deeply upset that he did not. I was going to ignore some of his mistakes, but he went further and caused chaos. The minute before, he pushed me into traffic without a care. During the Roadblock, he was already warned for this mistake recently, but I don't know why he is still doing this, it makes me think deep thoughts. Description of your conversation with this user(s) about their conduct, including their reaction to your messages: since he is a tc member, I expected him to enter into a dialog with me after this chase, I guess he didn't feel the need to talk to me because he didn't regret what he did and I had to leave the server because I had urgent work and I am already opening the forum topic now Evidence Replay / Screenshot Link(s): https://www.mediafire.com/file/kvwzyg6t0...2.mpr/file Confirmation Do you confirm that your User Report meets all standards outlined in the User Report Information thread? RE: Reporting [TC]›Yung‹[VCU]
Hi, I will respond to your timestamps and other claims you make in this report.
37:40 - Brainfart moment, I apologized then and I do now. 54:20 - Minor moment with no affect to gameplay, just missed your brake lights. 54:31 - Clearly was not my intention to push you into oncoming traffic. The first thing I did after the incident was apologize, leave the chase and review the MPR. When you started pushing me towards the wall I reacted in the moment to stop you pushing me into the wall. I really did not expect it to be that quick or easy to push your car away as you were turning into me, I also thought I was in a higher gear with lower RPMs. The turbo on the car is very laggy and at lower RPMs you can floor it and accelerate a far slower rate than you can with it spooled. In the case the car accelerated faster than anticipated, it caught me by surprise and I didn't react fast enough. From reviewing the replay after the fact, I noticed you driving in follow cam and have much better view of the road ahead than I and you are also able to make very quick and unrealistic steering inputs, this suggests you are using the mouse or a controller to steer. Reacting to these fast movements is not an easy task with a wheel. After turning into me you quickly accelerated and straightened your steering, which I did not expect. You then braked and made a right steering input to avoid hitting the end of the armco barrier and thus you went into oncoming traffic. My conclusion is that I take the majority of the blame for this incident and for that I apologize to those involved again. I do believe that you could have prevented yourself going into oncoming traffic, however I don't blame you for your reaction to the armco. In the heat of the moment in chases we are dealing with miliseconds and a lot of variables especially on a map such as Sydney. 1:20:45 - No affect on gameplay whatsoever, a reach. I decided I wanted to go to pit instead of having a roadblock at this location. I reversed to remove the roadblock and you passed through with no issues. From my perspective of the line you were on, it looked like you were going to be turning to your left. As can been seen in the replay I applied some throttle (as I intended to u-turn and drive to the pit) while still on the brakes but instantly applied more pressure to my brake pedal when I realized my car was moving forwards and you were in fact not going to your left. I think you are reading too much into things. Regarding this: Quote:Description of your conversation with this user(s) about their conduct, including their reaction to your messages: since he is a tc member, I expected him to enter into a dialog with me after this chase, I guess he didn't feel the need to talk to me because he didn't regret what he did and I had to leave the server because I had urgent work and I am already opening the forum topic now Before reporting another user you are expected to talk with them prior, this is made clear in the 'User Report Information' and 'How to report a rule-breaker' threads in this forum. Of course, I was waiting for your very long chase to end before messaging you. I had to go AFK for a bit and before I left you're chase was still going and when I returned it was not at the forefront of my mind and I forgot to check if you had finished yet. You were limping a very broken car with a very low possibilty of escape, you could have ended the chase earlier and contacted me and/or I might have seen it end and then contacted you. I would have explained, apologized again and compensated you for the chase fine. I can see that immediately after the chase ended you wanted to file a forum report with zero intention of talking with me prior, you could have sent me a quick reminder after this but you chose not to. If you truely wished to have a talk with me before filing the report, you could have. |

RE: Reporting [TC]›Yung‹[VCU]
It would have been welcome that you contacted me first for the mistakes you made, if you regretted it or didn't find it normal you would have tried to contact me anyway. Even if I wasn't in the game there were many ways for you to contact me (discord, TC forum PM etc...) Anyway if you look at the time of posting in the report I came here after a long hour had passed and that was the proof that I was busy.
Regarding your reply for 37:40: It's good to see you admit your mistake, but it's rather sad that you did that and it was a move that changed the way the chase worked. My problem has never been money, if I had asked you for money I would have written here which would have been very rude. The reason I have come this far is so that this kind of thing doesn't happen again and doesn't disrupt the progress of the game. 54:20: In response to your reply to: The same way we leave distance in corners to avoid being victimized by fake turns, the same goes for this. You had to make a thoughtful move, taking into account the power, weight and control of your vehicle. If you had come faster, it would have caused chaos. 54:31: In reply to your reply to: I may be on the trail camera, the large size of your vehicle greatly obstructed my field of vision, you know I need to see ahead and make decisions accordingly, but I didn't have the opportunity or time for that, I am very sure that even if I brake, it will prevent me from escaping to the left. Your vehicle is very powerful and it's a mode that requires a lot of skill to drive, you need to take into account the characteristics of the map and decide which vehicle to choose, the heat of your tires and the damage to your vehicle was inexplicably bad and this made it even more difficult, from that moment on it was very necessary to take this sentence into account. I disagree with your sentence ''Clearly it was not my intention to push you into oncoming traffic''. You could have taken the trouble to brake a little bit to give me time to change direction, which you did not do. To say that you are trying to cut me off (which is your goal anyway, nothing negative) would have helped you more if you had done it against a wall or something like that, I think you are thinking of giving me a ticket by squeezing me in the middle of oncoming and oncoming traffic. 1:20:45: Regarding your reply: The part that I see as a problem and this is exactly what I want to explain is that you recently received a warning telling you not to act after entering a suspicious viewpoint. In any case you were not supposed to do that when I was near you, which is against the rules. You should have either waited for me to bypass the roadblock for you to go to the pits or you should have tried to do it whenever you thought it was a good time for you, when you didn't see me in your line of sight. And again, as I said, I don't want to make money, I just want to prevent this kind of mistakes, and since you joined the chase you have been very hard on me and you were in the mentality of catching me and punishing me immediately because that's what your actions were expressing, fast potholes, uncontrolled maneuvers, etc. That's all I have to say, I know it's a bit long, thank you for reading to the end. |

RE: Reporting [TC]›Yung‹[VCU]
Hi,
Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience. Management are in agreement that some of the timestamps you have provided do in fact show conduct which falls below what we would expect from a cop, especially a [TC] member. For example, choosing to make contact at unsafe or otherwise inappropriate times. Other timestamp(s) are largely inconsequential. Following a management member's communication to Yung, we are suitably assured that he is going to take the necessary steps to avoid situations such as this. Thank you. Action has been taken as described
Thank you for your report, it has now been moved to the archives. |
