Basically from what I've seen on this replay.

He is very negligent in terms of: his parking (at the beginning), his general lack of sense of people around him. He went on the wrong side during a chase and nearly hit Cola. When the chase was over he also went on the wrong side blissfully unaware. He was also speeding for no reason and then lost control because his car control is not very good at all. Regarding when he reversed in the pitlane and hit a vehicle and then continuing, I have no idea what that was about. He is generally unexperienced as a cop and his car control is unsatisfactory. He hit a user head (Mentol) on but he did apologise for it. He then wrongsides Lcyz and apologies again.

Due to the aformentioned, I'd deem him unsafe to cop on the servers, therefore his rights will be revoked for 14 days and to regain his cop rights, he will have to undergo Basic Training.
