● Replay Timestamps: 3:00 collision with Paul, he was wrongsiding, and I had sirens on. 4:10 I get a nice ram off of him. 5:13 Jordan is following the chase, and then at devils corner, purposefully rams me, and it's the hardest I've ever been rammed, at 165mph

● Description of incident (inc Date & Time)

The incidents occurred at about 4:30pm on the 1st September. I noticed Jordan and Paul driving like nutters in FXR's, so I decided to rent one and chase them. (Btw, I had my sirens on since I left the pits, and I accidently turned off my strobes without realising at one point, on Main st. I then tried to catch up with them to stop their reckless driving. I then literally run into them when paul hit me head on, on the wrongside. I then inititiated the chase, and he failed to stop. I continued to chase, (with jordan in close pursuit) and at one point on mainstreet, he rams me prety viciously on the rear bumper. I decided that they were extremely dangerous to other drivers, so I used a larger amount of force to stop the suspect, but I didn't ram him. And finally, Jordan rams me at incredible speed on devils corner, disconnects, then Paul is auto busted because he disconnects too.

A more appropriate replay name wouldn't have gone amiss. Looking into this now though.


At the beginning of your replay they were both disrespecting sirens, basically not slowing down for them as they were following the chase and ultimately overtook it. They then (Jordan and Paul) started driving away from the chase. Now, I have a question for you Luke. Why did you get your strobes on and start going round the track finding them? (Starting at 1:36) That is not allowed. At about 3:00, Paul indeed wrong sided you but I don't think it was done intentionally. He did apologise (using a bind, albeit) for hitting you. No action will be taken regarding this. 4:10 was a PIT (as you said in your latest post). After he pitted you, you seemed pretty angry with him and the force you used from then on was hardly calculated, but in my opinion shouldn't warrant any punishment there as they weren't really proper rams. Jordan indeed rammed you and interfered with sirens at 5:35, no denying that whatsoever. At 6:25 you called them "IDOTS" which you know is not allowed.

Punishments are pending and will be revealed shortly.

I've just re-watched the replay, and paul didn't ram me, he pitted me, I thought it was a ram because it was pretty hard, and I only watched it from my perspective the first time.

Luke, you will lose your cop rights and you will be eligible for basic training and then advanced training respectively, in 31 days. You must pass both in order to regain your rights.
Derv94 will receive a final warning for interfering/overtaking a chase (beginning of replay).
Jordan90 will receive a warning for interfering/overtaking a chase (beginning of replay) and a warning for ramming Luke in a different chase, then disconnecting immediately after.
