Okay It begins at 7:30 Saeden Just crashes into me and get off away like nothing hapened!
At 8:05 Saeden and Frasse_123 collide and block the road until 8:50 then I overtook the two and I have seen that they follow me obviously. for this reason I am stopped at 9:10. a few seconds later, I started up again. After Saeden hit me again at 9:23 they begin to surround my car at 9:40. I'm leaving the scene at 10:00 and they following me! at 10:33 Frasse_123 almost hit me and crashes into a barrier! after that i ran away...

The incidents occurred at about 20:15 (GMT+1:00) on the 1st September 2012

I hope my contribution is understandable! I did not even realized that these two Guys are together in contact! That's why I wait in the middle of the road until I overtake them!

At 7:30 Saeden blatantly rams you intentionally and no sorry. At 8:05 Saeden and Frasse indeed crash into each other and they begin to block your path and generally mess around, causing minor disruption (especially Frasse). Since it was safe enough to overtake, you decided you have had enough so you overtook them and then they began following you. As you say, Saeden hit you again at 9:23 and at around 9:45 they then began blocking you.

Generally, Saeden did the ramming and Frasse did the blocking, except Saeden blocked the most the second time.

Frasse_123 has already been banned for a relatively lengthy time for a separate matter for ramming and ignoring admins' instruction, so that matter should be resolved.
Saeden has received a URS warning for ramming and blocking.
