Going up H2, through roadworks, he either spins out/crashes no idea, I come up behind, crashed into him because he pulled out on me. I give him a few seconds to apologise, nothing, I said apology accepted of which he replied "You're welcome" (sarcastically). Few more lines of chat in there also.

All in all, the user fails to say sorry for causing an accident.

I drove on HW2 indeed. I spun after I slightly tapped the barrier. Your claim of not being able to see me is totally invalid in my opinion.

Infact, there was atleast a 5 second time-window in wich you SHOULD be able to see me. You didn't brake down, even after you moved from behind the armco, making me clearly visible, you didn't brake down, until the last very milisecond that I turn up your bit of road.




Anyhow, seems like you have succeeded. Happy now, since I've got another URS point?

Johan, after crashing you were against the barrier and then you pulled out in front of Daniel (so it's your fault, Johan) and you didn't apologise. You will receive a URS warning for this.

EDIT: Response to above post by Johan, yes he could have slowed down when you had crashed Johan, but the fact you drove off after crashing without care is your fault, in my honest opinion.

EDIT #2: And, to add on, the only reason you got a URS warning Johan, is because you failed to apologise - the crash itself would have caused no warning had you have apologised.
