my suspect is flipping his car at beach and marius tows him, despite we were still in chase... this is interfering with a chase.

marius has done more than 100,000 km on tc servers, so i think he should know the rules

In all fairness, I can't see any offence. Marius did help that person in a (very short) moment of confusion, not knowing he was suspect. It was just bad luck ( for you) that his first attempt to tow him succeeded within 3 seconds.

It was most probably a genuine mistake. I mean, Marius's reaction when you told him that he was being reported, was something like 'what', then he advised the suspect to stop and let himself get busted. Even though he should have been more aware of what's going on, it was probably just an error on his behalf.

Marius *probably* shouldn't have helped Mr. Chips at 1:07:40 but it was probably to sort of compensate for his earlier mistake.

I'm not going to take any administrative action, but I'm going to try and make sure Marius checks his surroundings before towing, next time. But to be honest, strictly speaking, I don't think taking any action would be particularly fair.
